Unique Two-Level Layout with Separate Entrances: 
This 2-bedroom, 2-bath vacation home offers a spacious layout with two separate living areas, perfect for families, couples traveling together, or guests seeking a bit of privacy.

Upstairs: You'll find the main living room, kitchen, dining, one bedroom, and one full bathroom. 

Downstairs: The second bedroom, second full bathroom with walk in closet, and an additional living room are located within this lower level, accessible from the back patio via a staircase. To reach this lower-level suite, guests exit the main level from the back deck and walk down a short flight of outdoor stairs to enter through a separate private door. Please note: The two levels are not connected internally, each has its own private entrance. This layout provides added space and separation but may not be ideal for families with small children or guests with mobility concerns.

Our charming 2-bedroom casita, a vibrant oasis infused with desert and Spanish-inspired flair, just a leisurely stroll away from the captivating shores of Avila Beach. Nestled amidst the serene coastal landscape, this cozy retreat beckons travelers seeking a unique blend of tranquility and colorful charm. The home is a short stroll down the hill a couple blocks to the main downtown area, and beach. 

Perfect for couples, small families, or a group of friends. This home is divided into two areas. The main upstairs residence has a kitchen, living room, bedroom, bathroom and the outside deck. The second living area is downstairs from the deck, has it's own private entrance and features a living room with electric fireplace, flat screen TV and couch, a spacious queen bedroom with wrap around windows, a large full bathroom with tub/shower and a very large walk in closet. Between the upstairs and downstairs, this home can comfortably sleep up to 8 guests total. 

In the upstairs, we have a beautifully appointed bedroom with a plush queen bed and an additional queen fold out bed located in the inviting living area. The heart of this home is its fully equipped kitchen, featuring a gas stove, oven, and a welcoming breakfast bar, perfect for enjoying home-cooked meals or a quick snack before embarking on your day's adventures.

The adjacent dining area sets the scene for memorable meals together. There is also a kitchen bar with 4 bar stools. In the living room, unwind on cozy furnishings while watching your favorite shows on the TV, enveloped in the warmth and comfort of tasteful décor.

• 60+ Days Before Arrival: 100% refund of all charges.
• 30–59 Days Before Arrival: Refund of all charges except the booking fee.
• 8–29 Days Before Arrival: 50% refund of all charges except the booking fee. Booking fee not refunded. 
• 7 Days or Less Before Arrival: No refund.

Long-Term Stays (29 nights or longer):

• 6+ Months Before Arrival: 100% refund.
• 91 Days–6 Months Before Arrival: Refund of all charges except the booking fee.
• 60–91 Days Before Arrival: 50% refund of rent and other fees refunded. Booking fee not refunded. 
• 60 Days or Less Before Arrival: No refund of rent or booking fee; other fees refunded.
