Dining and Living Room—This comfortable, great room has an inviting fireplace, a beautiful oak table with three chairs, and a corner of reclaimed wood benches, accommodating everyone comfortably. The dining area feeds into the living space, with a comfortable couch, two cozy chairs, a fireplace, bookshelves, and beautiful picture windows for lots of light.

 

Primary Suite—A designer's dream. This gorgeous room has a four-post king bed, elegant matching nightstands, cozy décor, authentic, rustic wood, and magical outdoor designer wallpaper walls. It also has an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and rustic fixtures. For your convenience, there is a beautiful dresser and a large closet with plenty of storage.

 

The original 1880s redwood plank construction is showcased in the primary with preserved newspaper fragments framed as artwork. It is the most exceptional piece of art in the room.

Third Bedroom/Office—This room has two twin, extra-large bunk beds with rails for comfort and safety. There is a desk for dreaded work or homework and beautiful windows for lots of light.

 

Second Shared Bathroom—This bathroom is a work of art with its vintage wallpaper, tiled walls, and hunter-green trim. It has a walk-in shower and a huge clawfoot tub, perfect for relaxing and soaking after a long day at the beach. This bathroom is shared with the second and third bedrooms.

 

• Avocado Orchard & Outdoor Landscaping - While the house and gardens remain private, the ranch is a working farm with laborers, other tenants, and owners occasionally on-site.

 

• Shared Parking Area – While the house and gardens are exclusively yours, the parking area is shared with the owner and their occasional guests.

• 100% Refund: Cancel within 48 hours of booking.
• 60+ Days Before Arrival: 100% refund of all charges.
• 30–59 Days Before Arrival: Refund of all charges except the booking fee.
• 8–29 Days Before Arrival: 50% refund of all charges except the booking fee. Booking fee not refunded. 
• 7 Days or Less Before Arrival: No refund.

Long-Term Stays (29 nights or longer):

• 6+ Months Before Arrival: 100% refund.
• 91 Days–6 Months Before Arrival: Refund of all charges except the booking fee.
• 60–91 Days Before Arrival: 50% refund of rent and other fees refunded. Booking fee not refunded. 
• 60 Days or Less Before Arrival: No refund of rent or booking fee; other fees refunded.
