This lovely home is situated in a quiet neighborhood in the heart of Cathedral City. Conveniently located near golf courses, dining, and shopping, plan to spend fun-filled days exploring the vibrant area. A converted garage doubles as a game room and includes a ping-pong table and air-conditioning.
Whip up delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen, outfitted with stainless steel appliances, a gas range, and granite countertops. The dining table seats 10 and additional seating for two can be found at the kitchen bar. The living area includes comfortable seating and a 50-inch Roku TV, while a cozy gas-burning fireplace adds warm ambiance.

The primary bedroom offers a king bed and a 32-inch TV with streaming capabilities. The en-suite bath features a double vanity, walk-in shower, and water closet. Two additional bedrooms each have two twin beds, while the fourth guest room is appointed with a queen bed. A guest bath has a tub/shower combination. Complimentary WiFi and a washer/dryer are provided.
The fenced backyard is truly spectacular! Enjoy refreshing dips in the south-facing, 6-feet deep, heated pool. Or take a relaxing soak in the spa. Local regulations require that the property manager meet you within the first 24 hours of your arrival to review the applicable local ordinances and rules pertaining to your stay.
Outdoor music is strictly prohibited. This includes radios, musical instruments, and any other devices that produce or reproduce sound. Indoor music must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any amplified music that is audible from the property line is a violation. Outdoor noise and/or use of outdoor amenities are prohibited from 10pm-8am. Guests shall respect the neighbor's privacy and peaceful enjoyment of their property.

All reservations require a valid photo ID and a signed rental contract.

Short-Term Stays (28 nights or less):

• 100% Refund: Cancel within 48 hours of booking.
• 60+ Days Before Arrival: 100% refund of all charges.
• 30–59 Days Before Arrival: Refund of all charges except the booking fee.
• 8–29 Days Before Arrival: 50% refund of all charges except the booking fee. Booking fee not refunded. 
• 7 Days or Less Before Arrival: No refund.

Long-Term Stays (29 nights or longer):

• 6+ Months Before Arrival: 100% refund.
• 91 Days–6 Months Before Arrival: Refund of all charges except the booking fee.
• 60–91 Days Before Arrival: 50% refund of rent and other fees refunded. Booking fee not refunded. 
• 60 Days or Less Before Arrival: No refund of rent or booking fee; other fees refunded.
