This snowbird-friendly home enjoys a prime location within the award-winning Mission Lakes Country Club, which offers a plethora of fantastic on-site amenities, including a Riviera-style, saltwater heated pool at the clubhouse, exercise rooms, tennis courts, a restaurant, and a pro shop. You are close to great attractions, including Cabot's Pueblo Museum, Big Morongo Canyon Preserve, Palm Springs Air Museum, Agua Caliente Casino, Palm Springs Art Museum, and Palm Springs Aerial Tramway.
This home enjoys a spacious backyard with a desert landscape and a covered patio where you can lounge and unwind with a refreshing beverage in hand while the grilling master of the group treats everyone to delicious grilled meals prepared on the adjacent gas grill. There is a nice outdoor dining area to dine alfresco and a second lounge area with a fire table, where you can gather at night for some storytelling or planning your next adventures.
Inside, this snowbird-friendly home away from home boasts a welcoming living area with high ceilings and a gas fireplace - the ideal spot to spread out comfortably and stream fun shows and movies on Roku TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with a large pantry, an island with granite counters with seating, and all the appliances needed to prepare culinary masterpieces. Booking & Cancellation Policies

All reservations require a valid photo ID and a signed rental contract.

Short-Term Stays (28 nights or less):

• 100% Refund: Cancel within 48 hours of booking.
• 60+ Days Before Arrival: 100% refund of all charges.
• 30–59 Days Before Arrival: Refund of all charges except the booking fee.
• 8–29 Days Before Arrival: 50% refund of all charges except the booking fee. Booking fee not refunded. 
• 7 Days or Less Before Arrival: No refund.

Long-Term Stays (29 nights or longer):

• 6+ Months Before Arrival: 100% refund.
• 91 Days–6 Months Before Arrival: Refund of all charges except the booking fee.
• 60–91 Days Before Arrival: 50% refund of rent and other fees refunded. Booking fee not refunded. 
• 60 Days or Less Before Arrival: No refund of rent or booking fee; other fees refunded.
