If caught speeding, guests will be subject to additional fees. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. In addition, no smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
There is a $25 service fee associated with a HOA required guest registration form. This is to gain access into the gated community. Please note: Verkada Pass access is no longer available for guests. The HOA has restricted access to the community clubhouse, amenities, and golf course — these are now limited to private members only.
