Find plenty of restaurants, a supermarket, and convenience stores nearby. With its proximity to Sky Harbor Airport, Top Golf, downtown Gilbert, and more, you will find this place the perfect home base for all your adventures! Upon entering, you will be greeted with colorful decor, warm tones, and a glimpse of your backyard oasis. Spend most of your time outside soaking up the sunshine in true relaxation mode by the sparkling pool (please note, the pool is not heated), grilling a bite to eat, hanging out around the firepit, or partaking in a game of cornhole.   • Check-In: After 3 PM | Checkout: 10 AM

Booking & Cancellation Policies

All reservations require a valid photo ID and a signed rental contract.

Short-Term Stays (28 nights or less):

• 100% Refund: Cancel within 48 hours of booking.
• 60+ Days Before Arrival: 100% refund of all charges.
• 30–59 Days Before Arrival: Refund of all charges except the booking fee.
• 8–29 Days Before Arrival: 50% refund of all charges except the booking fee. Booking fee not refunded. 
• 7 Days or Less Before Arrival: No refund.

Long-Term Stays (29 nights or longer):

• 6+ Months Before Arrival: 100% refund.
• 91 Days–6 Months Before Arrival: Refund of all charges except the booking fee.
• 60–91 Days Before Arrival: 50% refund of rent and other fees refunded. Booking fee not refunded. 
• 60 Days or Less Before Arrival: No refund of rent or booking fee; other fees refunded.
