Nestled on a generous ā…“-acre lot in a quiet cul-de-sac, the home backs directly onto the Thunderbird Mountain Preserve in Arrowhead Ranch, offering privacy, space, and stunning mountain views. With three distinct outdoor living areas, there’s a perfect place to relax no matter the time of day.



Begin your mornings on the east-facing patio, where the soft sunrise light, landscaped grassy area, and mountain backdrop create an ideal setting for coffee or breakfast at the outdoor table with six cushioned chairs. The covered north patio offers cool, shaded comfort with ample seating and peaceful views of the mountain trail and private gated access. Perfect for relaxing and enjoying the views. The west-facing backyard is a true resort-style retreat, showcasing a sparkling blue saltwater pool and spa surrounded by clean, stylish hardscape and fully fenced for peace of mind. Just beyond the pool area, a separate section of low-maintenance turf and an inviting fire pit create the perfect space for lounging, gathering, and enjoying Arizona evenings.



Step inside to a naturally bright and welcoming interior highlighted by high ceilings, warm decor, tile flooring, and a cozy gas fireplace. The living room offers generous leather seating, two flat-screen TVs, and a sound bar positioned near the fireplace for an enhanced entertainment experience. Sliding glass doors provide easy access to the backyard, blending indoor and outdoor living effortlessly.

The kitchen truly is the heart of the home, designed for both gathering and functionality. It features recessed lighting, a skylight, solid granite countertops, an undermount sink with Kinetico reverse-osmosis filtered water, stainless steel appliances, gas cooktop, built-in microwave, French-door refrigerator with water and ice dispenser, and a breakfast bar with seating for four. Nearby, the dining area showcases a solid wood dining table that comfortably seats six, framed by large windows with beautiful mountain views.



The primary suite is a private sanctuary with plush carpeting, a king bed with a sturdy wood frame, matching nightstands, ceiling fan, dresser, and a 50-inch flat-screen TV. Three windows and a sliding glass door fill the space with natural light, while quality window coverings allow for restful sleep. A safe is conveniently located in the primary bedroom. The spa-inspired ensuite bathroom features skylight-enhanced natural light, dual sinks, a walk-in tile shower with dual shower heads, a large soaking tub, a walk-in closet with built-in shelving, and makeup light mirrors for added convenience.

Outside, the backyard oasis truly shines. Enjoy the recently renovated sparkling blue saltwater pool and spa, offering a gentler swimming experience without harsh chemicals. Pool and spa features, including lighting and heating, are easily controlled at the touch of a button via an in-home device. Relax on one of four chaise lounges (two shaded by a large umbrella), dine at the outdoor table with four cushioned chairs, or gather around the fire pit as the sun sets over the mountains.

Pool and spa heating are available for $90 per day plus tax. Since they share the same heating system, they can’t be heated separately. Please note that in winter, it may take about three days for the water to reach around 82 degrees.

Casago House Rules 



** Stays 21 days during 5/1-10/31 will require a utility deposit in the amount of $500.00 - the deposit will be collected once the booking is confirmed either via Airbnb or a direct charge to the card on file. **



~ Guest booking the homes must be at least 25 years of age. Reservation holder must be at the home unless approved in advance by Casago.

~ Check-in time is at 4:00 PM 

~ Check-out time is 10:00 AM  

~ Please remember! We are not able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out, so please make sure coordinate your travel plans ahead of time

~ Casago provides a starter pack which will include hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, and laundry soap. Please refrain from using "flushable wipes." 

~ No pets or large gatherings 

~ Renter must park in the garage or visitor parking spaces. Repeated over night parking in the visitor parking is not allowed. 

~ No smoking inside, outside the property, or on the premises. $1000.00 fee billed to guests if there is any visual evidence, the smell of smoke in the home found upon check-out, or smoke detected in the house. Our no-smoking policy includes the smoking of marijuana and vape pens.

~ Homes are electronically monitored for noise and smoke detection

~Stays 21 days or more require a utility deposit in the amount of $500.00 - the deposit will be collected once the booking is confirmed either via Airbnb or a direct charge to the card on file.

~ Utility caps apply. Utility cap overages will be charged to a credit card on file for stays over 21 days or longer - This 3 bedroom has a $200 utility allowance per 30 days ($6.67/day.) Guest are responsible for any amount billed over the $200 utility cap.

~All Casago Homes are inspected every 30 days to change filters and batteries and service the lock.  We appreciate your cooperation in advance.

~ All reservations are subject to a background check and an additional screening fee.  The reservation holder must submit their driver’s license and Selfie thru Guest Ranger and sign the Casago management rental agreement within 72 hours of booking.

  • Damage waiver covers renter for up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the property.
  • If the house you are renting has a pool, the pool will be heated upon request with an additional service fee. Please let us know if you'd like to heat the pool so we can ensure it is heated before your arrival.

All reservations require a valid photo ID and a signed rental contract.

Short-Term Stays (28 nights or less):

• 100% Refund: Cancel within 48 hours of booking.
• 60+ Days Before Arrival: 100% refund of all charges.
• 30–59 Days Before Arrival: Refund of all charges except the booking fee.
• 8–29 Days Before Arrival: 50% refund of all charges except the booking fee. Booking fee not refunded. 
• 7 Days or Less Before Arrival: No refund.

Long-Term Stays (29 nights or longer):

• 6+ Months Before Arrival: 100% refund.
• 91 Days–6 Months Before Arrival: Refund of all charges except the booking fee.
• 60–91 Days Before Arrival: 50% refund of rent and other fees refunded. Booking fee not refunded. 
• 60 Days or Less Before Arrival: No refund of rent or booking fee; other fees refunded.
