Cool off in the sparkling swimming pool or soak in the spa, both of which can be shaded on sunny days with two oversized retractable umbrellas. During the cooler months, enjoy the added luxury of heating* for both the pool and spa.
Choose your favorite spot to unwind: stretch out on the outdoor couches under the covered patio, gather with a drink around the fire pit, or lounge under the pergola on cozy wicker daybeds. Feeling playful? Test your skills on the refinished putting green, challenge your group to a game of bocce ball, or just sit back and enjoy the Arizona sunshine.
Inside, the open-concept great room is ideal for gathering. The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to whip up a homemade meal, and there’s plenty of seating to dine, chat, and connect. The home also offers two game rooms—one at the front with a pool table, flat-screen TV, and leather seating, and another at the back of the house featuring a gaming system and additional TV setup.
If you need a quiet space to work or study, the dedicated office can be closed off for privacy, making it perfect for remote work or school.
This home comfortably sleeps up to ten guests across four thoughtfully appointed bedrooms. The master suite includes a king bed, flat-screen TV, ensuite bathroom, and private access to the backyard. Two additional bedrooms feature queen beds, and a fourth bedroom offers both a twin and full-size bed—each room equipped with its own TV for added convenience.

Casago House Rules
**Stays 21 days during 5/1-10/31 will require a utility deposit in the amount of $500.00 - the deposit will be collected once the booking is confirmed either via Airbnb or a direct charge to the card on file.**
~ Check-in time is at 4:00 PM
~ Check-out time is 10:00 AM
~ Please remember! We are not able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out, so please make sure coordinate your travel plans ahead of time
~ Casago provides a starter pack which will include hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, and laundry soap. Please refrain from using "flushable wipes."
~ No pets or large gatherings
~ Renter must park in the garage or visitor parking spaces. No Trailer Parking Is Allowed; The HOA issues fines - No street parking overnight - all vehicles must be in the garage or driveway. Repeated over night parking in the visitor parking is not allowed.
~ No smoking inside, outside the property, or on the premises. $1000.00 fee billed to guests if there is any visual evidence, the smell of smoke in the home found upon check-out, or smoke detected in the house. Our no-smoking policy includes the smoking of marijuana and vape pens.
~ Homes are electronically monitored for noise and smoke detection
~ Utility caps apply. This 4 bedroom has a $250 utility allowance per 30 days ($8.34 per day.) Guest are responsible for any amount billed over the $250 utility cap. Utility cap overages will be charged to a credit card on file for stays over 21 days or longer
~ All Casago Homes are inspected every 30 days to change filters and batteries and service the lock. We appreciate your cooperation in advance.
~ Guest booking the homes must be at least 25 years of age. Reservation holder must be at the home unless approved in advance by Casago.
~ All reservations are subject to a background check and an additional screening fee. The reservation holder must submit their driver’s license and Selfie thru Guest Ranger and sign the Casago management rental agreement within 72 hours of booking.
* Additional fee of $90/day to heat the pool/spa. Pool heat takes 3 days to heat and pool/spa heat temperature cannot be guaranteed. Weather, length of reservation, and other environmental factors may prevent the pool from achieving your desired temperature. Inform the agent ahead of time to prepare.
Pool and spa heating are available for $90 per day plus tax. Since they share the same heating system, they can’t be heated separately. Please note that in winter, it may take about three days for the water to reach around 82 degrees.
