The closest residence to the Greg Norman clubhouse, this 4BR/4.5BA utopia boasts a mountain-view backyard complete with a luxe heated pool and spa.

With over 3,500 square feet of upscale living space, your stately Spanish Colonial retreat is comprised of a 3BR/3.5BA main house as well as a detached casita. Prepare delicious dishes in the chef's kitchen, or step out to the loggia for a poolside cookout.

MAIN HOUSE

High ceilings highlight the Great Room, detailed with a gas fireplace, a 65in smart TV, and a sectional. A convenient wet bar features a wine fridge and bar seating for three. The den offers another space to unwind, furnished with a queen sleeper sofa and 65in smart TV.

An entertainer's dream, the chef's kitchen is configured with granite countertops and professional-grade stainless steel appliances -- including a double oven. Serve appetizers at the kitchen bar for four, or gather at the dining table for eight.

Booking & Cancellation Policies

All reservations require a valid photo ID and a signed rental contract.

Short-Term Stays (28 nights or less):

• 100% Refund: Cancel within 48 hours of booking.
• 60+ Days Before Arrival: 100% refund of all charges.
• 30–59 Days Before Arrival: Refund of all charges except the booking fee.
• 8–29 Days Before Arrival: 50% refund of all charges except the booking fee. Booking fee not refunded. 
• 7 Days or Less Before Arrival: No refund.

Long-Term Stays (29 nights or longer):

• 6+ Months Before Arrival: 100% refund.
• 91 Days–6 Months Before Arrival: Refund of all charges except the booking fee.
• 60–91 Days Before Arrival: 50% refund of rent and other fees refunded. Booking fee not refunded. 
• 60 Days or Less Before Arrival: No refund of rent or booking fee; other fees refunded.
