Golfer or sun-seeker, this house is an inviting retreat, complete with a backyard pool, hot tub, and patio to enjoy on sparkling Oro Valley days.
This two-story (non-smoking) home boasts a prime location for golfing, but also for exploring the desert beauty all around you. It's an easy, scenic drive to other world-class golf courses in the area, Catalina State Park (six miles), downtown Tucson (15 miles), and the University of Arizona (15 miles).
Step inside and make yourself at home in a space that was designed for effortless gathering. All throughout, large picture windows let in an abundance of sunlight and views of the mountains and the adjacent golf course. On the main floor, you'll find an expansive kitchen, both a breakfast nook and a formal dining area, and a great living room where you can pile on the sectional and stream movies by the gas fireplace.
Spend your afternoons swimming in the pool out back, taking naps in the hammock, and gathering for sunset cocktails in the shade of the patio. Back inside, you can sneak off to the home office to log onto the high-speed WiFi, set up a board game at the table, or simply unwind in central air conditioning.   • If the house you are renting has a pool, the pool will be heated upon request with an additional service fee. Please let us know if you'd like to heat the pool so we can ensure it is heated before your arrival.

Booking & Cancellation Policies

All reservations require a valid photo ID and a signed rental contract.

Short-Term Stays (28 nights or less):

• 100% Refund: Cancel within 48 hours of booking.
• 60+ Days Before Arrival: 100% refund of all charges.
• 30–59 Days Before Arrival: Refund of all charges except the booking fee.
• 8–29 Days Before Arrival: 50% refund of all charges except the booking fee. Booking fee not refunded. 
• 7 Days or Less Before Arrival: No refund.

Long-Term Stays (29 nights or longer):

• 6+ Months Before Arrival: 100% refund.
• 91 Days–6 Months Before Arrival: Refund of all charges except the booking fee.
• 60–91 Days Before Arrival: 50% refund of rent and other fees refunded. Booking fee not refunded. 
• 60 Days or Less Before Arrival: No refund of rent or booking fee; other fees refunded.
