Sunny skies and warm desert air abound at this two-bedroom condo in Palm Desert, a comfortable, well-appointed space that enjoys all the amenities of the Deep Canyons Tennis Club. You'll have 1,200 square feet of open living space, a remodeled, full kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, and a front patio with ample room for grilling and dining in the sunshine. When you're not golfing, hiking, or shopping downtown, you can cool off in the community swimming pool or practice your backhand on the shared tennis courts.
This condo is located on the south side of Palm Desert, with the mountains (and a number of beautiful hiking trails) beginning just a few blocks west. El Paseo - the renowned stretch of downtown Palm Desert that's famous for its boutiques, restaurants, and art galleries - is just over a mile north, while the Living Desert Zoo and Gardens awaits two miles east. If you're a golfer, you'll have countless courses to choose from in the area, including several that are open to the public.

This home must be booked 2 weeks in advance. A DocuSign and registration fees are to be paid 2 weeks before arrival. The registration fee is $100.
The utility deposit is $500 for 28 nights with $125 added for each additional week.
Amenity fees paid at the time of booking cover access for two (2) guests. Additional guest access is subject to additional fees. please contact us for details
Outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.
This home only allows minimum night stays of 29 nights or longer. This is enforced by the County and we cannot make any exceptions.

House Rules

Booking & Cancellation Policies

All reservations require a valid photo ID and a signed rental contract.

Short-Term Stays (28 nights or less):

• 100% Refund: Cancel within 48 hours of booking.
• 60+ Days Before Arrival: 100% refund of all charges.
• 30–59 Days Before Arrival: Refund of all charges except the booking fee.
• 8–29 Days Before Arrival: 50% refund of all charges except the booking fee. Booking fee not refunded. 
• 7 Days or Less Before Arrival: No refund.

Long-Term Stays (29 nights or longer):

• 6+ Months Before Arrival: 100% refund.
• 91 Days–6 Months Before Arrival: Refund of all charges except the booking fee.
• 60–91 Days Before Arrival: 50% refund of rent and other fees refunded. Booking fee not refunded. 
• 60 Days or Less Before Arrival: No refund of rent or booking fee; other fees refunded.
