Professionally decorated with bold textiles, vibrant colors and patterns, and modern works of art throughout, this four-bedroom home brings both style and comfort to one of the desert's finest locations. The expansive backyard is the heart of this property, featuring a saltwater pool, a spillover spa, two outdoor eating areas with ample seating, a gas grill, and a firepit to use in the evenings. Every detail has been thought of, from the outdoor TV to the umbrellas that shade portions of the pool. Inside, you can gather after a day of activity to watch TV by the fireplace in the great room. As for the bedrooms, you'll have your choice of four king rooms, each with a TV and a DVD player; two of the bedrooms are master suites at either end of the house.

House Rules

  • Check-In: After 3 PM | Checkout: 10 AM
  • No smoking or vaping
  • Renters must be 25 years of age or older
  • No Music is allowed outside of the rental home (at any volume)
  • Parking is restricted to 1 car per bedroom in designated parking spaces.

  • Damage waiver covers renter for up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the property.
  • If the house you are renting has a pool, the pool will be heated upon request with an additional service fee. Please let us know if you'd like to heat the pool so we can ensure it is heated before your arrival.

Booking & Cancellation Policies

All reservations require a valid photo ID and a signed rental contract.

Short-Term Stays (28 nights or less):

• 100% Refund: Cancel within 48 hours of booking.
• 60+ Days Before Arrival: 100% refund of all charges.
• 30–59 Days Before Arrival: Refund of all charges except the booking fee.
• 8–29 Days Before Arrival: 50% refund of all charges except the booking fee. Booking fee not refunded. 
• 7 Days or Less Before Arrival: No refund.

Long-Term Stays (29 nights or longer):

• 6+ Months Before Arrival: 100% refund.
• 91 Days–6 Months Before Arrival: Refund of all charges except the booking fee.
• 60–91 Days Before Arrival: 50% refund of rent and other fees refunded. Booking fee not refunded. 
• 60 Days or Less Before Arrival: No refund of rent or booking fee; other fees refunded. 

Third-Party Bookings:
