This Palm Springs vacation villa is a fantastic retreat in the peaceful Los Compadres neighborhood. Contemporary, modern, and stylish, it's a perfect fit for those looking to unwind and enjoy the Palm Springs sunshine poolside. Walk through the breezeway between the home and the garage to the backyard, where a glistening pool and spa beckon you to relax and let your cares slip away. Stretch out on one of the chaise lounges and soak up that Palm Springs sun while being surrounded by a lush green lawn and mature citrus trees, including lemon and grapefruit. The backyard faces west, framing a picturesque view of the San Jacinto Mountains, and there's an outdoor dining space for eight under the covered patio, as well as a propane barbeque for preparing and enjoying meals al fresco. When you want to check out the core of downtown, head down Palm Canyon Drive and explore the fun shops, tasty restaurants, and art exhibits. For some fun away from the city, Joshua Tree National Park and Mount San Jacinto State Park are both closeby for a day trip!

-Outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.
-The utility deposit is $1,500 for 28 nights with $375 added for each additional week the guest stays.

All reservations require a valid photo ID and a signed rental contract.

Short-Term Stays (28 nights or less):

• 100% Refund: Cancel within 48 hours of booking.
• 60+ Days Before Arrival: 100% refund of all charges.
• 30–59 Days Before Arrival: Refund of all charges except the booking fee.
• 8–29 Days Before Arrival: 50% refund of all charges except the booking fee. Booking fee not refunded. 
• 7 Days or Less Before Arrival: No refund.

Long-Term Stays (29 nights or longer):

• 6+ Months Before Arrival: 100% refund.
• 91 Days–6 Months Before Arrival: Refund of all charges except the booking fee.
• 60–91 Days Before Arrival: 50% refund of rent and other fees refunded. Booking fee not refunded. 
• 60 Days or Less Before Arrival: No refund of rent or booking fee; other fees refunded.
