Outside you'll find a family-friendly backyard, fully enclosed with lush green landscaping, palm trees, hedges, citrus, blackberries, a beautiful pool & spa, and breathtaking views of the gorgeous Palm Springs mountains to the west. The living room features vaulted ceilings, comfortable seating, a 55' HDTV, and a cozy fireplace in an open concept great room. The dining room is casual and comfortable, with seating for six and the adjacent living room offers additional seating and a desk area. The chef-inspired kitchen features tile counters with a modern artistic backsplash, so you'll be sure to find everything you need to prepare wonderful meals for friends and family.
Located north of downtown Palm Springs, this lovely retreat will offer a bit of peace and quiet while still being mere minutes from all of the action. Simply drive along Palm Canyon Drive and you will find a plethora of restaurants, attractions, boutiques, and more, less than two miles from your front door. For a bit more action, the hiking trails in the area will spoil the outdoorsy members of the group. Plus, Mount San Jacinto State Park and Joshua Tree National Park can offer even more scenery and adventure for every type of guest to enjoy.
THINGS TO KNOW
Outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.
The utility deposit is $1,500 for 28 nights with $375 added for each additional week the guest stays.

  • Renters must be 25 years of age or older
  • No Music is allowed outside of the rental home (at any volume)
  • Parking is restricted to 1 car per bedroom in designated parking spaces.
  • Pets are not allowed in Non-Pet Friendly Properties
  • Please do not exceed the max occupancy of the home
  • All rentals require state and county tax plus additional required fees
  • Damage waiver covers renter for up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the property.
  • If the house you are renting has a pool, the pool will be heated upon request with an additional service fee. Please let us know if you'd like to heat the pool so we can ensure it is heated before your arrival.

Booking & Cancellation Policies

All reservations require a valid photo ID and a signed rental contract.

Short-Term Stays (28 nights or less):

• 100% Refund: Cancel within 48 hours of booking.
• 60+ Days Before Arrival: 100% refund of all charges.
• 30–59 Days Before Arrival: Refund of all charges except the booking fee.
• 8–29 Days Before Arrival: 50% refund of all charges except the booking fee. Booking fee not refunded. 
• 7 Days or Less Before Arrival: No refund.

Long-Term Stays (29 nights or longer):

• 6+ Months Before Arrival: 100% refund.
• 91 Days–6 Months Before Arrival: Refund of all charges except the booking fee.
• 60–91 Days Before Arrival: 50% refund of rent and other fees refunded. Booking fee not refunded. 
• 60 Days or Less Before Arrival: No refund of rent or booking fee; other fees refunded. 

Third-Party Bookings:
