The living area offers comfortable and contemporary furnishings, a 40-inch TV with a DVD player, and a balcony with pool and mountain views to enjoy a morning coffee or evening glass of wine. Be sure to take advantage of the many Palm Springs Mesquite Country Club amenities like the pristine 18-hole championship golf course, pro shop, restaurant, cocktail lounge, and clubhouse. With approximately 1,200 square feet of living space, this Palm Springs Vacation Villa will be your retreat in the desert.
When you visit this beautiful area of Palm Springs, you will have access to playing golf (reasonable greens fees apply) at Mesquite Country Club and be close to all of the best attractions. THINGS TO KNOW
-This home has a minimum seven-night stay.
-Outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.
-The utility deposit is $500 for 28 nights with $125 added for each additional week the guest stays.

House Rules

  • Check-In: After 3 PM | Checkout: 10 AM
  • No smoking or vaping

Booking & Cancellation Policies

All reservations require a valid photo ID and a signed rental contract.

Short-Term Stays (28 nights or less):

• 100% Refund: Cancel within 48 hours of booking.
• 60+ Days Before Arrival: 100% refund of all charges.
• 30–59 Days Before Arrival: Refund of all charges except the booking fee.
• 8–29 Days Before Arrival: 50% refund of all charges except the booking fee. Booking fee not refunded. 
• 7 Days or Less Before Arrival: No refund.

Long-Term Stays (29 nights or longer):

• 6+ Months Before Arrival: 100% refund.
• 91 Days–6 Months Before Arrival: Refund of all charges except the booking fee.
• 60–91 Days Before Arrival: 50% refund of rent and other fees refunded. Booking fee not refunded. 
• 60 Days or Less Before Arrival: No refund of rent or booking fee; other fees refunded.
