This home has easy access for guests with limited mobility.
The utility deposit covers the cost of utilities used during the stay. The utility deposit requirement applies to all homes where a guest stays 'monthly' (28 nights or longer). The utility deposit for homes with a private pool is $2,500 for 28 nights with $375 added for each additional week the guest stays.
1 day notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of USD150 per day must be paid prior to check-in. Guests can contact us after booking to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay.
