About the property

This beautiful Tuscan style townhome is located in the Desert Foothills where you are surrounded by stunning sunsets and endless mountain views. You will never run out  of things to do, places to go and and endless activities in the Valley of the Sun. This beautiful community is close to South Mountain Hiking Trails, The Brand new Chandler Designer Outlet Mall, Spring Training, The Wild Horse Pass Casino and so much more. 



This wonderful townhome is located in the gated Vantage Townhome complex and has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The townhome has two levels with an attached two car garage below and and a split floor plan on the second level with the Master bedroom on one side and the other two guest bedrooms on the other side. Walking into the condo you will you will have a landing at the base of the stairs with a storage area and a door that leads to the garage. Walk up the staircase and you will find high ceilings, beautiful decorative pieces and a very desirable living space. 



The living room has a beautiful sea foam green sofa with two complimenting striped arm chairs each with its own leather ottoman, a matching coffee table, lighted end table and a panoramic view of the beautiful Mountains. The living room has a wall mounted flat screen TV, Blu Ray DVD, and a built-in gas fireplace below. The Arcadia sliding door off the living room leads out to the sunset and pool view patio.



The patio is furnished with an ornately designed wrought iron dining table set for four guests, two additional arm chairs, a ceiling fan to keep you cool and sunset views that will take your breath away. A great place to enjoy your morning coffee or kick back with a glass of wine in the evening and count the stars.   



The Kitchen has flat panel maple cabinetry with brand new stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, a built in island bar with stools and a two decorative pendant lamps hung from above. The cabinets and drawers are filled with cookware, serving pieces and pretty much anything needed to prepare meals and entertain your guests in style. There is a nook to the right of the island bar with a temperature controlled wine case, bar set  and a complimenting floor vase. 



The Master Bedroom has a beautiful King size bed with a high hand carved headboard, tapestry styled bedding set, two matching lighted nightstands and a mirrored dresser. The room has a wall mounted flat screen TV, a sliding door that leads out to the sunset patio and several windows that look out to the community pool. The attached master bathroom has a double mirrored sink vanity, a walk-in shower, separate soaking tub with a view window, a private commode and a walk -in closet so big it could be a bedroom. These accommodations are fit for a King and Queen. 



The hallway off the kitchen will take you down to the two beautifully decorated guest bedrooms. The guest bedroom on the right has a full size bed with a beige colored bedding set, two lighted bed side tables, a large dresser and a wall mounted flat screen TV. The room has a large walk-in closet and a door that leads out to the North facing sunset deck. The guest bedroom to the left has a queen size dark wicker framed bed with bright white bedding, complimenting floral throw pillows and two matching lighted bed side tables. This room also has a tall dresser, wall mounted flat screen TV, a walk in closet and a French door that leads out to the front patio shared with the next door bedroom. 



The two guest bedrooms share a hall bathroom with a single mirrored sink vanity, a walk-in tub / shower combo and commode.



There is a full size laundry room complete with a front loader washer, dryer, iron, ironing board and all the items needed to feel right at home. This home comes complete with ceiling fans throughout, cable TV, and high speed wireless internet. All you need is clothing, food and your toothbrush. You will not be disappointed with all the time, effort and detail that went in to making this a wonderful home away from home. 




The Vantage community has two heated pools, a fitness center, gas grills and a clubhouse with a full kitchen.

** Stays 21 days during 5/1-10/31 will require a utility deposit in the amount of $500.00 - the deposit will be collected once the booking is confirmed either via Airbnb or a direct charge to the card on file. **



~ Guest booking the homes must be at least 25 years of age. Reservation holder must be at the home unless approved in advance by Casago.

~ Check-in time is at 4:00 PM 

~ Check-out time is 10:00 AM  

~ Please remember! We are not able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out, so please make sure coordinate your travel plans ahead of time

~ Casago provides a starter pack which will include hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, and laundry soap. Please refrain from using "flushable wipes." 

~ No pets or large gatherings 

~ Renter must park in the garage or visitor parking spaces. Repeated over night parking in the visitor parking is not allowed. 

~ No smoking inside, outside the property, or on the premises. $1000.00 fee billed to guests if there is any visual evidence, the smell of smoke in the home found upon check-out, or smoke detected in the house. Our no-smoking policy includes the smoking of marijuana and vape pens.

~ Homes are electronically monitored for noise and smoke detection

~ Stays 21 days or more require a utility deposit in the amount of $500.00 - the deposit will be collected once the booking is confirmed either via Airbnb or a direct charge to the card on file.

~ Utility caps apply. Utility cap overages will be charged to a credit card on file for stays over 21 days or longer - This 3 bedroom has a $200 utility allowance per 30 days ($6.67/day.) Guest are responsible for any amount billed over the $200 utility cap.

~ All Casago Homes are inspected every 30 days to change filters and batteries and service the lock.  We appreciate your cooperation in advance.

~ All reservations are subject to a background check and an additional screening fee. The reservation holder must submit their driver’s license and Selfie thru Guest Ranger and sign the Casago management rental agreement within 72 hours of booking.

• 8–29 Days Before Arrival: 50% refund of all charges except the booking fee. Booking fee not refunded. 
• 7 Days or Less Before Arrival: No refund.

Long-Term Stays (29 nights or longer):

• 6+ Months Before Arrival: 100% refund.
• 91 Days–6 Months Before Arrival: Refund of all charges except the booking fee.
• 60–91 Days Before Arrival: 50% refund of rent and other fees refunded. Booking fee not refunded.
