Outdoor space at home includes a quiet patio, perfect for morning coffee and evening cocktails, as well as a large, shady yard. Shoot some hoops in the driveway or play ping-pong in the garage, then relax while the kids play on the swing set. When you want to explore, hop on one of the bikes available for your use and tour the area on two wheels.

  • Check-In: After 3 PM | Checkout: 10 AM

  • Renters must be 25 years of age or older

  • Damage waiver covers renter for up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the property.
  • If the house you are renting has a pool, the pool will be heated upon request with an additional service fee. Please let us know if you'd like to heat the pool so we can ensure it is heated before your arrival.

Booking & Cancellation Policies

All reservations require a valid photo ID and a signed rental contract.

Short-Term Stays (28 nights or less):

• 100% Refund: Cancel within 48 hours of booking.
• 60+ Days Before Arrival: 100% refund of all charges.
• 30–59 Days Before Arrival: Refund of all charges except the booking fee.
• 8–29 Days Before Arrival: 50% refund of all charges except the booking fee. Booking fee not refunded. 
• 7 Days or Less Before Arrival: No refund.

Long-Term Stays (29 nights or longer):

• 6+ Months Before Arrival: 100% refund.
• 91 Days–6 Months Before Arrival: Refund of all charges except the booking fee.
• 60–91 Days Before Arrival: 50% refund of rent and other fees refunded. Booking fee not refunded. 
• 60 Days or Less Before Arrival: No refund of rent or booking fee; other fees refunded. 

Third-Party Bookings:
