This Rancho Mirage vacation rental, located on a quiet cul-de-sac in the much-desired Tamarisk Country Club area, offers modern luxury, privacy, and sophistication for you and your guests. Prepare anything from your morning coffee to elaborate full-course meals in your gorgeous, well-equipped kitchen complete with stainless steel Wolf appliances, dual ovens, and a breakfast bar, and then dine together at the formal dining table with seating for eight. Outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. Noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.

All reservations require a valid photo ID and a signed rental contract.

Short-Term Stays (28 nights or less):

• 100% Refund: Cancel within 48 hours of booking.
• 60+ Days Before Arrival: 100% refund of all charges.
• 30–59 Days Before Arrival: Refund of all charges except the booking fee.
• 8–29 Days Before Arrival: 50% refund of all charges except the booking fee. Booking fee not refunded. 
• 7 Days or Less Before Arrival: No refund.

Long-Term Stays (29 nights or longer):

• 6+ Months Before Arrival: 100% refund.
• 91 Days–6 Months Before Arrival: Refund of all charges except the booking fee.
• 60–91 Days Before Arrival: 50% refund of rent and other fees refunded. Booking fee not refunded. 
• 60 Days or Less Before Arrival: No refund of rent or booking fee; other fees refunded.
