About the property

Magnolia Cottage is a charming remodeled historic cottage located in downtown Santa Barbara. The quiet location makes for the perfect launching pad to explore all that Santa Barbara has to offer.
 
The front of the home has great curb appeal with the enclosed yard, wood picket fence, manicured lawn, and mature magnolia and palm trees. The driveway leads to the back of the property with a detached 1-car garage.
 
Inside you have hardwood floors throughout the home and dual pane windows. The formal living room has sectional sofa and a flat-screen TV with Roku set to guest mode so you can login to your own apps.
 
Adjacent to the living room you have the guest bedroom with a full bed, bedside table with drawers, shelves, and a reading light. The guest bathroom has a tub/shower combo.
 
In the middle of the home, you have the second bedroom with a queen bed.

The passageway to the Kitchen is a modern doublewide opening.
 
The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, an island with two bar stools, and a gas cooktop. The french doors in the kitchen lead out to the side yard with a fenced-in dog run and the gas bbq grill. There is also a Roku TV in the kitchen. 
 
The hallway leading to the master bedroom has a nook with a built-in desk, chair, printer, and Wi-Fi Modem. 
 
There are three steps leading up to the master suite which as a King bed, two bedside tables with reading lamps, a dresser, and a chaise lounge. There is also a flat-screen Roku TV in the master suite.
 
The master bathroom has dual sinks and a walk-in shower with a rain shower head.
 
This immaculate well maintained home has several great outdoor areas to relax and enjoy our perfect weather. The covered front porch with bench seating, the back patio with table and chairs, or the rooftop deck with chaise lounges, table, and umbrella. 
 
The master bedroom exit takes you to a garden patio that has a table with an umbrella, seating for six guests, and a firepit.  What a great area for entertaining family and friends.
 
Next to the garden patio, you have three steps leading up to the grass lawn with lemon trees. From the lawn, you have six steps that take you to the raised deck over the garage. Here you have potted plants, a table with an umbrella and two chaise lounges for soaking up the sun-filled days. 

Next to the garage is an outdoor shower you can use to wash the sand off after coming back from the local beaches.

• 100% Refund: Cancel within 48 hours of booking.
• 60+ Days Before Arrival: 100% refund of all charges.
• 30–59 Days Before Arrival: Refund of all charges except the booking fee.
• 8–29 Days Before Arrival: 50% refund of all charges except the booking fee. Booking fee not refunded. 
• 7 Days or Less Before Arrival: No refund.

Long-Term Stays (29 nights or longer):

• 6+ Months Before Arrival: 100% refund.
• 91 Days–6 Months Before Arrival: Refund of all charges except the booking fee.
• 60–91 Days Before Arrival: 50% refund of rent and other fees refunded. Booking fee not refunded. 
• 60 Days or Less Before Arrival: No refund of rent or booking fee; other fees refunded.
