Welcome to our delightful downstairs two-bedroom, two-bathroom duplex located just 3 blocks from the beach and 2 blocks from downtown! Our home is the perfect place to unwind and relax on your holiday, with all the luxuries of home.
The living room features lovely natural light, a cozy fireplace, a sectional couch and chair, a Bistro table with three chairs, and a sizable TV for movie nights after a long, sun-filled day at the beach.
The kitchen is well-equipped and has everything you need to create a delightful meal for your family. The dining table seats 4, and a great patio with a grill and more seating for that outdoor-indoor Santa Barbara beachy feel.
Both bedrooms are roomy with king beds, plenty of closet space, end tables, ceiling fans, attractive new floors, and sliding doors out to a large, enclosed patio shared by both rooms. One of the rooms has a big flat-screen TV, and each has a bathroom just outside the bedroom doors. The first bathroom has a shower/tub combo, and the second has a walk-in shower.
One of the best things about our duplex is its central location. It's just a short walk to downtown, the beach, and the wharf, where you can enjoy all the local shopping, marvelous restaurants, and attractions. Plus, our home is near the Harbor at West Beach, where you can watch the boats come and go or stroll to the famous “Funk Zone” to enjoy some of Santa Barbara's delicious wine-tasting rooms or tap rooms. Whatever your wishes, you are sure to find them at Nautical Breeze!
The duplex has a laundry room, and with just one parking space (possibly two small cars, tandem style), you can leave your car behind and walk everywhere. So, whether you're looking to lay at the beach, explore the downtown area, or rest at home, our duplex has everything you need for an extraordinary vacation.
