Roll & Roam is a gamer's dream — featuring board games and a custom card table with a hidden Texas Hold 'Em surface revealed by removing the dining room table leaf, perfect for a proper poker night. The open-concept living room features a 70" Smart TV, plush seating, a sofa pop-up bed for additional guests, and direct access to the backyard. The fully stocked modern kitchen is equipped with high-end stainless appliances, a large refrigerator, tons of cabinetry, a large island with high seating, and both a Keurig and drip coffee maker — perfect for fueling up before a big day of adventure. Additional comforts include a dedicated workspace, washer and dryer, Pack 'n Play and high chair for families, and ample parking.

Each bedroom at Roll & Roam is uniquely designed around a world destination, making every night feel like a new adventure. Roll & Roam sleeps up to 12 guests across five immersive bedrooms. The kids' room features three twin beds and its own game console loaded with over 7,000 pre-loaded games — a destination in itself. Bedrooms 2, 3, and 4 each offer a queen bed, with Bedroom 4 boasting direct patio access and expansive windows. The primary Bedroom 5 is a true retreat, featuring a king bed, Smart TV, dedicated workspace, direct outdoor access, and a private ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. An additional sofa pop-up bed in the living room accommodates a 12th guest comfortably. A second full bathroom with a shower/tub combo serves the remaining bedrooms.

  • Damage waiver covers renter for up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the property.
  • If the house you are renting has a pool, the pool will be heated upon request with an additional service fee. Please let us know if you'd like to heat the pool so we can ensure it is heated before your arrival.

Short-Term Stays (28 nights or less):

• 100% Refund: Cancel within 48 hours of booking.
• 60+ Days Before Arrival: 100% refund of all charges.
• 30–59 Days Before Arrival: Refund of all charges except the booking fee.
• 8–29 Days Before Arrival: 50% refund of all charges except the booking fee. Booking fee not refunded. 
• 7 Days or Less Before Arrival: No refund.

Long-Term Stays (29 nights or longer):

• 6+ Months Before Arrival: 100% refund.
• 91 Days–6 Months Before Arrival: Refund of all charges except the booking fee.
• 60–91 Days Before Arrival: 50% refund of rent and other fees refunded. Booking fee not refunded. 
• 60 Days or Less Before Arrival: No refund of rent or booking fee; other fees refunded.
