Tucked inside a well-kept, gated community, this 2-level, 3-bedroom, 3-bath retreat offers the perfect blend of modern convenience and warm, cozy living spaces ideal for families, golf getaways, or a peaceful desert escape.



Inside, a fresh, clean interior creates an elevated yet cozy atmosphere. Relax in the open living space, complete with plush seating, a 55" Roku TV, and a charming fireplace. The fully stocked kitchen, equipped with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, is ready for everything from quick snacks to full dinners.



Step out to your private patio, ideal for morning coffee or a quiet evening wind-down. The small gated backyard offers an intimate outdoor space, while the community itself provides a peaceful, tight-knit feel with lush landscaping throughout.



The king master suite features its own Roku TV, a large walk-in closet, and a spa-like bathroom with a walk-in shower and jetted soaking tub. The upstairs guest bedroom features a queen bed, Roku TV and access to a furnished balcony with a table, four chairs, and an umbrella. Perfect for catching the sunrise! The downstairs guest bedroom also includes a queen bed and Roku TV with its own access to the back patio, giving guests an extra layer of privacy.



Two additional guest bathrooms offer added convenience: one with a tub/shower combo, the other with a walk-in rainfall-style shower.

Casago House Rules 



** Stays 21 days during 5/1-10/31 will require a utility deposit in the amount of $500.00 - the deposit will be collected once the booking is confirmed either via Airbnb or a direct charge to the card on file. **



~ Guest booking the homes must be at least 25 years of age. Reservation holder must be at the home unless approved in advance by Casago.

~ Check-in time is at 4:00 PM 

~ Check-out time is 10:00 AM  

~ Please remember! We are not able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out, so please make sure coordinate your travel plans ahead of time

~ No mailbox access will be provided.

~ Casago provides a starter pack which will include hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, and laundry soap. Please refrain from using "flushable wipes." 

~ No pets or large gatherings 

~ Renter must park in the garage or driveway. No overnight visitor parking will be allowed.

~ No smoking inside, outside the property, or on the premises. $1000.00 fee billed to guests if there is any visual evidence, the smell of smoke in the home found upon check-out, or smoke detected in the house. Our no-smoking policy includes the smoking of marijuana and vape pens.

~ Homes are electronically monitored for noise and smoke detection

~ Stays 21 days or more require a utility deposit in the amount of $500.00 - the deposit will be collected once the booking is confirmed either via Airbnb or a direct charge to the card on file.

~ Utility caps apply. Utility cap overages will be charged to a credit card on file for stays over 21 days or longer - This 3 bedroom has a $200 utility allowance per 30 days ($6.67/day.) Guest are responsible for any amount billed over the $200 utility cap.

~ All Casago Homes are inspected every 30 days to change filters and batteries and service the lock. We appreciate your cooperation in advance.

~ All reservations are subject to a background check and an additional screening fee. The reservation holder must submit their driver’s license and Selfie thru Guest Ranger and sign the Casago management rental agreement within 72 hours of booking.

House Rules

  • All rentals require state and county tax plus additional required fees
  • Damage waiver covers renter for up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the property.
  • If the house you are renting has a pool, the pool will be heated upon request with an additional service fee. Please let us know if you'd like to heat the pool so we can ensure it is heated before your arrival.

Booking & Cancellation Policies

All reservations require a valid photo ID and a signed rental contract.

Short-Term Stays (28 nights or less):

• 100% Refund: Cancel within 48 hours of booking.
• 60+ Days Before Arrival: 100% refund of all charges.
• 30–59 Days Before Arrival: Refund of all charges except the booking fee.
• 8–29 Days Before Arrival: 50% refund of all charges except the booking fee. Booking fee not refunded. 
• 7 Days or Less Before Arrival: No refund.

Long-Term Stays (29 nights or longer):

• 6+ Months Before Arrival: 100% refund.
• 91 Days–6 Months Before Arrival: Refund of all charges except the booking fee.
• 60–91 Days Before Arrival: 50% refund of rent and other fees refunded. Booking fee not refunded. 
• 60 Days or Less Before Arrival: No refund of rent or booking fee; other fees refunded.
