Located just a short drive away from downtown Scottsdale, this private, family-friendly home will be the perfect choice for your next vacation! With three bedrooms and two full bathrooms, this well-appointed home is perfect for families, groups of friends, and even travelers with their dogs!
This home is all about entertainment no matter where you decide to spend your days. The enclosed backyard features a nice firepit, a covered patio with a loveseat, two chairs, a coffee table, a gas grill with light and a working sink on the island. There's a private outdoor swimming pool plus cornhole to enjoy. A new putting green allows golfers in the group to work out their short game and outside lighting means backyard entertainment can continue on into the evening!
But don't be tricked into believing all fun is outside! Inside, the home boasts an inviting living room (note there is a step down into the living room) with a wall-mounted flatscreen Smart TV with cable, a shuffleboard, and a sound dock. The dining area, besides hosting an eight-person dining table, features a foosball table. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern, stainless steel appliances and a nice Keurig coffee maker.

  • If the house you are renting has a pool, the pool will be heated upon request with an additional service fee. Please let us know if you'd like to heat the pool so we can ensure it is heated before your arrival.

Booking & Cancellation Policies

All reservations require a valid photo ID and a signed rental contract.

Short-Term Stays (28 nights or less):

• 100% Refund: Cancel within 48 hours of booking.
• 60+ Days Before Arrival: 100% refund of all charges.
• 30–59 Days Before Arrival: Refund of all charges except the booking fee.
• 8–29 Days Before Arrival: 50% refund of all charges except the booking fee. Booking fee not refunded. 
• 7 Days or Less Before Arrival: No refund.

Long-Term Stays (29 nights or longer):

• 6+ Months Before Arrival: 100% refund.
• 91 Days–6 Months Before Arrival: Refund of all charges except the booking fee.
• 60–91 Days Before Arrival: 50% refund of rent and other fees refunded. Booking fee not refunded. 
• 60 Days or Less Before Arrival: No refund of rent or booking fee; other fees refunded.
