Enjoy this fully furnished one-bedroom condo located in The Maya Condominiums. This well-appointed condo is close to Scottsdale Fashion Square, walking distance to stores, restaurants, parks, and Spring training baseball. The community offers a beautiful heated pool, hot tub, clubhouse, exercise room, and putting green. This 1 bedroom/1 bathroom condo is located on the first floor with a private patio yard. Laundry facilities are very close by. The kitchen is outfitted for a gourmet cook. The condo is equipped with a luxurious queen bed, wifi, cable, and covered/assigned parking.



The Maya is close to all that Scottsdale has to offer! Dining, entertainment and oh so close to Fashion Square! Stay here and enjoy Scottsdale in our hip, one bedroom retreat.

** Stays 21 days during 5/1-10/31 will require a utility deposit in the amount of $500.00 - the deposit will be collected once the booking is confirmed either via Airbnb or a direct charge to the card on file. **



~ Guest booking the homes must be at least 25 years of age. Reservation holder must be at the home unless approved in advance by Casago.

~ Check-in time is at 4:00 PM 

~ Check-out time is 10:00 AM  

~ Please remember! We are not able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out, so please make sure coordinate your travel plans ahead of time

~ Casago provides a starter pack which will include hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, and laundry soap. Please refrain from using "flushable wipes." 

~ No pets or large gatherings 

~ Renter must park in the garage or visitor parking spaces. Repeated over night parking in the visitor parking is not allowed. 

~ This is a NO SMOKING Community. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside, outside, or on the premises. $1000.00 fine billed to guests if there is any visual evidence, the smell of smoke in the home found upon check-out, or smoke detected in the house. Our no-smoking policy includes the smoking of marijuana and vape pens.

~ Homes are electronically monitored for noise and smoke detection

~ Stays 21 days or more require a utility deposit in the amount of $500.00 - the deposit will be collected once the booking is confirmed either via Airbnb or a direct charge to the card on file.

~ Utility caps apply.  Utility cap overages will be charged to a credit card on file for stays over 21 days or longer - This 1 bedroom has a $100 utility allowance per 30 days ($3.34/day.) Guest are responsible for any amount billed over the $100 utility cap.

~ All Casago Homes are inspected every 30 days to change filters and batteries and service the lock. We appreciate your cooperation in advance.

~ All reservations are subject to a background check and an additional screening fee. The reservation holder must submit their driver’s license and Selfie thru Guest Ranger and sign the Casago management rental agreement within 72 hours of booking.



*Property is on a heater/chiller system which is controlled by the community. Guest will not have access to control the heating and cooling system.

House Rules

  • Check-In: After 3 PM | Checkout: 10 AM
  • No smoking or vaping
  • Renters must be 25 years of age or older
  • No Music is allowed outside of the rental home (at any volume)
  • Parking is restricted to 1 car per bedroom in designated parking spaces.
  • Pets are not allowed in Non-Pet Friendly Properties

  • All rentals require state and county tax plus additional required fees
  • Damage waiver covers renter for up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the property.
  • If the house you are renting has a pool, the pool will be heated upon request with an additional service fee. Please let us know if you'd like to heat the pool so we can ensure it is heated before your arrival.

Booking & Cancellation Policies

All reservations require a valid photo ID and a signed rental contract.

Short-Term Stays (28 nights or less):

• 100% Refund: Cancel within 48 hours of booking.
• 60+ Days Before Arrival: 100% refund of all charges.
• 30–59 Days Before Arrival: Refund of all charges except the booking fee.
• 8–29 Days Before Arrival: 50% refund of all charges except the booking fee. Booking fee not refunded. 
• 7 Days or Less Before Arrival: No refund.

Long-Term Stays (29 nights or longer):

• 6+ Months Before Arrival: 100% refund.
• 91 Days–6 Months Before Arrival: Refund of all charges except the booking fee.
• 60–91 Days Before Arrival: 50% refund of rent and other fees refunded. Booking fee not refunded. 
• 60 Days or Less Before Arrival: No refund of rent or booking fee; other fees refunded.
