The spacious house, comfortable beds, gorgeous views, and delightful times on the back deck where deer sometimes wandered through the yard made this a great place for our family to stay. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and closeness to all the advantages Oak Creek without the hectic pace of Sedona.

Clean, cozy and comfortable home. Having access to a pretty backyard was also a bonus. Home is in a neighborhood setting so very peaceful and quite. When booking we didn't realize the property was located in Village of Oak Creek (VOC) which is just a few miles from downtown Sedona - and it really was a much welcomed surprise. Close to great restaurants and a very nice, convenient grocery store. Also really easy access to various amazing hikes. Would highly recommend!

I love this house! It's located in a tranquil residential neighborhood. The house has everything you need, and the backyard is simply beautiful. The house is more than enough for 4 people. The rooms are big and the decor is very neat. We were lucky to have seen deers in the backyard the day we arrived. I absolutely love it.

• 8–29 Days Before Arrival: 50% refund of all charges except the booking fee. Booking fee not refunded. 
• 7 Days or Less Before Arrival: No refund.

Long-Term Stays (29 nights or longer):

• 6+ Months Before Arrival: 100% refund.
• 91 Days–6 Months Before Arrival: Refund of all charges except the booking fee.
