Nestled in the quiet Village of Oak Creek, this three-bedroom home blends outdoor adventure with modern comfort. Spend your days hiking or mountain biking Sedona’s famous red rock trails, then return to your own private retreat. Unwind in the hot tub beneath a canopy of stars, enjoy a barbecue on the gas grill, and take in the incredible red rock views from the living room and both front and back porches.
This single-level home sits just eight miles south of downtown Sedona, but everything you need is close by. Within minutes you’ll find local restaurants, cafes, unique shops, and a full-service grocery store, making it easy to stock up for a night in or step out to experience the local flavor. The Jacks Canyon Trailhead is only a mile east, with Courthouse Vista, Bell Rock, and Cathedral Rock all just a short drive away.
Inside, the home is both inviting and practical. The front living room offers a comfortable sitting area with beautiful stained glass windows and natural light—perfect for reading, morning coffee, or simply enjoying the views. A second, more casual sitting area features a TV with streaming capability, flowing into the fully equipped kitchen and dining nook for six. House Rules

  • Check-In: After 3 PM | Checkout: 10 AM

  • No Music is allowed outside of the rental home (at any volume)
  • Parking is restricted to 1 car per bedroom in designated parking spaces.

  • All rentals require state and county tax plus additional required fees
  • Damage waiver covers renter for up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the property.
  • If the house you are renting has a pool, the pool will be heated upon request with an additional service fee. Please let us know if you'd like to heat the pool so we can ensure it is heated before your arrival.

Booking & Cancellation Policies

All reservations require a valid photo ID and a signed rental contract.

Short-Term Stays (28 nights or less):

• 100% Refund: Cancel within 48 hours of booking.
• 60+ Days Before Arrival: 100% refund of all charges.
• 30–59 Days Before Arrival: Refund of all charges except the booking fee.
• 8–29 Days Before Arrival: 50% refund of all charges except the booking fee. Booking fee not refunded. 
• 7 Days or Less Before Arrival: No refund.

Long-Term Stays (29 nights or longer):

• 6+ Months Before Arrival: 100% refund.
• 91 Days–6 Months Before Arrival: Refund of all charges except the booking fee.
• 60–91 Days Before Arrival: 50% refund of rent and other fees refunded. Booking fee not refunded. 
• 60 Days or Less Before Arrival: No refund of rent or booking fee; other fees refunded. 

Third-Party Bookings:

Policies vary by platform (Airbnb, VRBO, etc.); refer to the platform's policy.
