OUTDOOR LIVING SPACES
The outdoor experience is where this home truly shines. The private pool is perfectly positioned to take in the surrounding red rock views, creating a peaceful, resort-style setting ideal for cooling off in the Arizona sunshine. Multiple outdoor areas invite you to relax, unwind, and connect — whether you're lounging poolside, dining alfresco, or simply enjoying the quiet beauty of the desert landscape.

INDOOR LIVING SPACES
Inside, the home is bright, open, and designed for gathering. Oversized windows frame the surrounding landscape, filling the home with natural light and creating a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor living. The spacious open-concept layout centers around a fully equipped kitchen that’s perfect for preparing meals, entertaining, and spending time together.
Downstairs, the game room adds an entirely new level of entertainment, featuring a pool table, large flatscreen smart TV, chess table, and a mini bar — creating the perfect hangout space for guests of all ages.
The home’s warm Southwestern design, combined with comfortable furnishings and thoughtful layout, creates an inviting atmosphere throughout.
SLEEPING QUARTERS
The home offers a flexible and well-designed sleeping layout ideal for families and groups. The primary suite occupies its own private level, creating a true retreat within the home. This elevated space features a king bed, two rooftop decks with stunning views, and a spacious en suite bathroom complete with a jetted soaking tub — perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring.
The two guest bedrooms are located on the lower level near the game room and share convenient access to a full bathroom. Each room is thoughtfully styled with comfortable bedding and a relaxed, welcoming feel.
An additional Murphy bed provides extra sleeping accommodations, allowing the home to comfortably host additional guests without compromising space or comfort.

Ideally situated in a scenic red rock setting, this home offers both privacy and convenience. Surrounded by natural beauty and close to local hiking trails, guests can experience the best of Arizona’s outdoor lifestyle right from their doorstep. At the same time, dining, shopping, and local attractions are just a short drive away — giving you easy access to everything the area has to offer while maintaining a peaceful, retreat-like atmosphere.
*Pool is not able to be heated when outside temperatures are below 55 degrees. The spa can be heated year-round.*
House Rules
~ Stays 21 days or more require a utility deposit of $500.00 - the deposit will be collected once the booking is confirmed via Airbnb or a direct charge to the card on file.
~ Check-in time is at 4:00 PM
~ Check-out time is 10:00 AM
~We are not able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out, so please coordinate your travel plans with these times in mind
~Guest booking the homes must be at least 25 years of age.
~Casago provides a starter pack of hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, and laundry soap.
~Reservation holder must always occupy the home unless approved in advance by Casago.
~All reservations must submit their driver’s license and Selfie thru Guest Ranger and sign the Casago management rental agreement within 72 hours of booking.
~Utility caps apply. Utility cap overages will be charged to a credit card on file for stays over 21 days or longer- Airbnb money request will be sent within 14 days of departure.
~All last-minute reservations or those booked by Arizona residents staying in the Phoenix area are subject to a background check on the reservation holder and an additional screening fee.
~ The guest is liable for all pet damage if the home is pet approved. Select homes are pet approved.
~No Smoking
~No large gatherings
~No mailbox access will be granted
~Pool heat temperature cannot be guaranteed. Weather, length of reservation, and other environmental factors may prevent the pool from achieving your desired temperature
~No smoking inside, outside the property, or on the premises. $1000.00 fee billed to guests if there is any visual evidence, the smell of smoke in the home found upon check-out, or smoke detected in the house. Our no-smoking policy includes the smoking of marijuana and vape pens.
~Homes are electronically monitored for noise and smoke detection
~All homes are inspected every 30 days to change filters and batteries and service the lock. We appreciate your cooperation in advance.
