Nestled in a secluded neighborhood near the Chapel Of The Holy Cross, this warm bungalow style home will have you making memories of a life time. Newly renovated with a brand new deck, this home is perfect for entertaining after a day's hiking adventure!
There is so much to look at when you first walk into Lynx Landing. You are greeted with a cozy entrance to the great room with more than enough seating for everyone. There's books and games for you to enjoy and TV with streaming and even a movie selection. If you are wanting to stay off the grid and really dive into the Sedona way, hang out on the over-sized floor pillow and enjoy the crackle of a warm fire at the fire place.
The newly renovated kitchen has everything that you will need to cook your meals if dining-in is on the schedule. There is a BBQ grill as well because who wouldn't want to BBQ on a brand new deck while gazing at the red rocks?! Make sure to checkout the custom made wood bar too! Star gazing is a must from this home too! Hang out by the fire pit, enjoy the dark skies, and relax to the tranquil sounds of the desert.
When the time has come to rest your eyes, be sure to claim your bed! The master bedroom features a KING size bed, access to the deck, and a flat screen TV to settle down after the day's adventures. The 2 guest bedrooms feature a QUEEN size bed and a peaceful night's sleep.
House Rules
~ Stays 21 days or more require a utility deposit of $500.00 - the deposit will be collected once the booking is confirmed via Airbnb or a direct charge to the card on file.
~ Check-in time is at 4:00 PM
~ Check-out time is 10:00 AM
~We are not able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out, so please coordinate your travel plans with these times in mind
~Guest booking the homes must be at least 25 years of age.
~Casago provides a starter pack of hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, and laundry soap.
~Reservation holder must always occupy the home unless approved in advance by Casago.
~All reservations must submit their driver’s license and Selfie thru Guest Ranger and sign the Casago management rental agreement within 72 hours of booking.
~Utility caps apply. Utility cap overages will be charged to a credit card on file for stays over 21 days or longer- Airbnb money request will be sent within 14 days of departure.
~All last-minute reservations or those booked by Arizona residents staying in the Phoenix area are subject to a background check on the reservation holder and an additional screening fee.
~ The guest is liable for all pet damage if the home is pet approved. Select homes are pet approved.
~No Smoking
~No large gatherings
~No mailbox access will be granted
~Pool heat temperature cannot be guaranteed. Weather, length of reservation, and other environmental factors may prevent the pool from achieving your desired temperature
~No smoking inside, outside the property, or on the premises. $1000.00 fee billed to guests if there is any visual evidence, the smell of smoke in the home found upon check-out, or smoke detected in the house. Our no-smoking policy includes the smoking of marijuana and vape pens.
~Homes are electronically monitored for noise and smoke detection
~All homes are inspected every 30 days to change filters and batteries and service the lock. We appreciate your cooperation in advance.
~Bringing a pet to a pet-friendly home has an additional charge of $150/pet that is non-refundable.
~This home is dog-friendly with approval. Additional pet fee of $150 per pet. Please remember to clean up after your dog prior to checking out; failure to do so may result in additional fees. The guest is liable for all pet damage. Absolutely no cats allowed.
~ 1 dog is allowed no more than 25 lbs with a pet fee.
