From the moment you arrive, the setting speaks for itself. Towering red rock formations surround the home, while the Chapel rises in the distance — glowing at sunrise, shifting throughout the day, and illuminated beautifully under Sedona’s star-filled night sky. This is one of those rare properties where the view isn’t just a feature — it’s the entire experience.



Originally purchased as a private residence, this home was later opened to guests to share its one-of-a-kind setting — and once you’re here, you’ll understand why.



OUTDOOR LIVING SPACES

The newly added jacuzzi offers a private place to relax and unwind while taking in the surrounding views — whether after a day of hiking or as the perfect way to end the evening.

Keep an eye out for local wildlife, including quail that frequently pass through, adding to the authentic desert experience.



INDOOR LIVING SPACES

Inside, the home is warm, spacious, and thoughtfully designed for both comfort and connection. Expansive windows frame the surrounding landscape, bringing the outdoors in and filling the home with natural light. The open-concept living areas are ideal for gathering, with multiple spaces to relax, entertain, or simply take in the views.



The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for cooking and hosting, while the formal dining area — complete with a built-in ice maker — sets the stage for memorable meals and evening cocktails.

SLEEPING QUARTERS

This home is perfectly suited for groups seeking both privacy and comfort. All three bedrooms function as private suites, each featuring a king bed and its own en suite bathroom — making this an ideal setup for three couples or small groups traveling together. Each room is designed with relaxation in mind, offering comfortable bedding, thoughtful layout, and a quiet retreat at the end of the day. Fireplaces in each bedroom further enhance the sense of comfort and luxury.

Located in one of Sedona’s most sought-after areas, this home offers a rare combination of privacy, proximity, and iconic scenery. You’re within walking distance to the Chapel of the Holy Cross, as well as nearby hiking trails that showcase some of Sedona’s most ą¤Ŗą„ą¤°ą¤øą¤æą¤¦ą„ą¤§ landscapes. Dining, shopping, and local attractions are just a short drive away, allowing you to easily explore the area while returning to a peaceful, view-filled retreat.



House Rules

~Stays 21 days or more require a utility deposit in the amount of $500.00 - the deposit will be collected once the booking is confirmed either via Airbnb or a direct charge to the card on file.

~ Check-in time is at 4:00 PM

~ Check-out time is 10:00 AM  

~We are not able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out, so please coordinate your travel plans with these times in mind

~Guest booking the homes must be at least 25 years of age.

~Casago provides a starter pack of hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, and laundry soap.

~Reservation holder must always occupy the home unless approved in advance by Casago.

~All reservations must submit their driver’s license and Selfie thru Guest Ranger and sign the Casago management rental agreement within 72 hours of booking.

~Utility caps apply.  Utility cap overages will be charged to a credit card on file for stays over 21 days or longer- Airbnb money request will be sent within 14 days of departure.

~All last-minute reservations or those booked by Arizona residents staying in the Phoenix area are subject to a background check on the reservation holder and an additional screening fee.

~ The guest is liable for all pet damage if the home is pet approved. Select homes are pet approved.

~No Smoking

~No large gatherings

~No mailbox access will be granted

~No smoking inside, outside the property, or on the premises. $1000.00 fee billed to guests if there is any visual evidence, the smell of smoke in the home found upon check-out, or smoke detected in the house. Our no-smoking policy includes the smoking of marijuana and vape pens.

~Homes are electronically monitored for noise and smoke detection

~All homes are inspected every 30 days to change filters and batteries and service the lock.  We appreciate your cooperation in advance.

All reservations require a valid photo ID and a signed rental contract.

Short-Term Stays (28 nights or less):

• 100% Refund: Cancel within 48 hours of booking.
• 60+ Days Before Arrival: 100% refund of all charges.
• 30–59 Days Before Arrival: Refund of all charges except the booking fee.
• 8–29 Days Before Arrival: 50% refund of all charges except the booking fee. Booking fee not refunded. 
• 7 Days or Less Before Arrival: No refund.

Long-Term Stays (29 nights or longer):

• 6+ Months Before Arrival: 100% refund.
• 91 Days–6 Months Before Arrival: Refund of all charges except the booking fee.
• 60–91 Days Before Arrival: 50% refund of rent and other fees refunded. Booking fee not refunded. 
• 60 Days or Less Before Arrival: No refund of rent or booking fee; other fees refunded.
