Near the pool is a barbecue and picnic areas for grilling your favorite sliders, smash burgers, or steaks; close around the unit is a gazebo area with plenty of seating, a basketball court for a little game of one-on-one, and a swing to watch the breathtaking Arizona sunsets. The grounds also feature laundry facilities and a fitness center. Inside the condo, are new furniture and appliances. The inviting living room is complete with a comfy sectional couch, SMART TV, and High-Speed Internet. A cozy fireplace and tribal-design blankets take the nip off of cooler nights. There are floating noodles for the pool and yoga mats in the closet for your use. Local information, travel tips, and maps are also provided for your convenience. ~ Check-in time is at 4:00 PM
~ Check-out time is 10:00 AM
~We are not able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out, so please coordinate your travel plans with these times in mind
~Guest booking the homes must be at least 25 years of age.
~Casago provides a starter pack of hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, and laundry soap.
~Reservation holder must always occupy the home unless approved in advance by Casago.
~All reservations must submit their driver’s license and Selfie thru Guest Ranger and sign the Casago management rental agreement within 72 hours of booking.
~Utility caps apply. Utility cap overages will be charged to a credit card on file for stays over 21 days or longer- Airbnb money request will be sent within 14 days of departure.
~All last-minute reservations or those booked by Arizona residents staying in the Phoenix area are subject to a background check on the reservation holder and an additional screening fee.
~This home is dog-friendly with approval. Additional pet fee of $150 per pet. Please remember to clean up after your dog prior to checking out; failure to do so may result in additional fees. The guest is liable for all pet damage. Absolutely no cats allowed.
~ 1 dog is allowed no more than 25 lbs with a pet fee.
~Bringing a pet to a pet-friendly home has an additional charge of $150/pet that is non-refundable.
