The home was very clean and spacious. We were able to enjoy cooking in a fully stocked kitchen, enjoy coffee in the breakfast nook watching the sun rise and enjoyed the evenings on the back deck. Will definitely come back and visit this home.

The house was perfect for us: 2 families with 1 child each. The kids played outside around the koi pond and loved looking at the fish. The house is very spacious and well laid out so we could all get some alone time. The guys played pool the last night of the trip which was a blast. We were very close to town which made exploring easy. We highly recommend this rental!

My favorite part of the stay was the outside deck and the views of the red rocks from the kitchen and dining room table. The house was also well set up, with multiple dining and seating locations. The location is very convenient, with it being a short drive to anything in Sedona and not a long drive to Cottonwood or up intoOak Creek Canyon either. The location in relation to Sedona was excellent! The home was beautifully decorated. Nice yard and deck with a natural pond and fish. Well stocked kitchen and linens. Pool table and an extra bath in the finished basement.
