Welcome to Santa Susana ~ If you're looking for a beautiful townhome set in gorgeous West Sedona, look no further! This clean and cozy unit is centrally placed in one of the most convenient locations in town. While taking advantage of the Red Rock backdrop you will be just minutes away from shopping, dining, and all tourist attractions. 



Santa Susana boasts a great room atmosphere with sky-high windows in the living room to the Red Rock horizon. The living room is furnished with plush furniture for your relaxation and a flat-screen Cable TV, DVR, and Sonos Speakers for your entertainment. There is dining for 6 in the dining room and an additional table for 2 in the breakfast nook. The kitchen overlooks the great room and also has a wonderful viewing window above the sink, allowing even more of the Sedona views to spill into the home. 



The master bedroom features a queen size bed, side tables with reading lamps, and dresser drawers. Relax in the en suite bathroom's soaking tub or step-in shower. The guest bedroom is down the hall and is also furnished with a queen size bed and coordinating furniture. 



The community pool and hot tub are open year-round and just a short walk away. 



House Rules 



~ Stays 21 days or more require a utility deposit of $500.00 - the deposit will be collected once the booking is confirmed via Airbnb or a direct charge to the card on file.

~ Check-in time is at 4:00 PM 

~ Check-out time is 10:00 AM  

~We are not able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out, so please coordinate your travel plans with these times in mind 

~Guest booking the homes must be at least 25 years of age. 

~Casago provides a starter pack of hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, and laundry soap.

~Reservation holder must always occupy the home unless approved in advance by Casago.

~All reservations must submit their driver’s license and Selfie thru Guest Ranger and sign the Casago management rental agreement within 72 hours of booking. 

~Utility caps apply.  Utility cap overages will be charged to a credit card on file for stays over 21 days or longer- Airbnb money request will be sent within 14 days of departure.

~All last-minute reservations or those booked by Arizona residents staying in the Phoenix area are subject to a background check on the reservation holder and an additional screening fee.

~ The guest is liable for all pet damage if the home is pet approved. Select homes are pet approved.

~No Smoking 

~No large gatherings 

~No mailbox access will be granted 

~Pool heat temperature cannot be guaranteed. Weather, length of reservation, and other environmental factors may prevent the pool from achieving your desired temperature 

~No smoking inside, outside the property, or on the premises. $1000.00 fee billed to guests if there is any visual evidence, the smell of smoke in the home found upon check-out, or smoke detected in the house. Our no-smoking policy includes the smoking of marijuana and vape pens.

~Homes are electronically monitored for noise and smoke detection

~All homes are inspected every 30 days to change filters and batteries and service the lock.  We appreciate your cooperation in advance.
