This luxury home is just a short drive from all the activities of Sedona. With breathtaking views of the up-close Castle rock formation and secluded privacy, this property is the perfect choice for your next vacation. A spacious living room with comfortable leather furniture and a 65” flatscreen television make this home suitable for entertaining visitors. The home features all-level floors and grab bars in the shower, ensuring ease of access and safety for all guests. Sedona Quail Haven is located next to an open lot that has several wild animals such as deer trekking through the land. Easily visible from the side patio and Jacuzzi. Sedona Quail Haven is located in a private neighborhood with an empty lot next door. Perfect for extra privacy and space to see wildlife.
*Please Note* The Jacuzzi is serviced weekly by a professional company. The Jacuzzi is accessible only through the house. Spa tech will need to gain entry once a week on a scheduled day and time.

House Rules
~Stays 21 days or more require a utility deposit in the amount of $500.00 - the deposit will be collected once the booking is confirmed either via Airbnb or a direct charge to the card on file.
~ Check-in time is at 4:00 PM
~ Check-out time is 10:00 AM
~We are not able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out, so please coordinate your travel plans with these times in mind
~Guest booking the homes must be at least 25 years of age.
~Casago provides a starter pack of hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, and laundry soap.
~Reservation holder must always occupy the home unless approved in advance by Casago.
~All reservations must submit their driver’s license and Selfie thru Guest Ranger and sign the Casago management rental agreement within 72 hours of booking.
~Utility caps apply. Utility cap overages will be charged to a credit card on file for stays over 21 days or longer- Airbnb money request will be sent within 14 days of departure.
~All last-minute reservations or those booked by Arizona residents staying in the Phoenix area are subject to a background check on the reservation holder and an additional screening fee.
~ The guest is liable for all pet damage if the home is pet approved. Select homes are pet approved.
~No Smoking
~No large gatherings
~No mailbox access will be granted
~Pool heat temperature cannot be guaranteed. Weather, length of reservation, and other environmental factors may prevent the pool from achieving your desired temperature
~No smoking inside, outside the property, or on the premises. $1000.00 fee billed to guests if there is any visual evidence, the smell of smoke in the home found upon check-out, or smoke detected in the house. Our no-smoking policy includes the smoking of marijuana and vape pens.
~Homes are electronically monitored for noise and smoke detection
~All homes are inspected every 30 days to change filters and batteries and service the lock. We appreciate your cooperation in advance.
