Located in a senior adults-only community, this ground-floor home is the definition of relaxation and comfort. Upon entering, you will be welcomed by a spacious and open floorplan. Drop your bags and unwind in the inviting living area, which has been furnished with comfortable sofas near a large wall-mounted Smart TV. When mealtime comes around, the well-equipped kitchen will be a lifesaver! It's equipped with modern, stainless steel appliances and a gorgeous Keurig coffee maker for coffee enthusiasts! Enjoy your meals at the six-person dining table and if you need a bit of extra space, the kitchen also boasts three stools. This air-conditioned home also features a secluded Arizona room with an outdoor dining area made up of a four-person table and a small bistro table for two. This space can be accessed through the living room and kitchen. The primary bedroom has access to an en suite bath with a spacious standalone shower. The other two guest bedrooms share another full bath with a spacious shower as well.

  • Check-In: After 3 PM | Checkout: 10 AM

  • If the house you are renting has a pool, the pool will be heated upon request with an additional service fee. Please let us know if you'd like to heat the pool so we can ensure it is heated before your arrival.

Booking & Cancellation Policies

All reservations require a valid photo ID and a signed rental contract.

Short-Term Stays (28 nights or less):

• 100% Refund: Cancel within 48 hours of booking.
• 60+ Days Before Arrival: 100% refund of all charges.
• 30–59 Days Before Arrival: Refund of all charges except the booking fee.
• 8–29 Days Before Arrival: 50% refund of all charges except the booking fee. Booking fee not refunded. 
• 7 Days or Less Before Arrival: No refund.

Long-Term Stays (29 nights or longer):

• 6+ Months Before Arrival: 100% refund.
• 91 Days–6 Months Before Arrival: Refund of all charges except the booking fee.
• 60–91 Days Before Arrival: 50% refund of rent and other fees refunded. Booking fee not refunded. 
• 60 Days or Less Before Arrival: No refund of rent or booking fee; other fees refunded.
