Bella’s Catalina Oasis located in Catalina Foothills nestled in this exclusive gated community has brilliant Mountain, City and Sunset views to take in for the most extraordinary Sonoran Desert experience! This property is located centrally in Tucson only 15 minutes from the University and 25 minutes from the downtown night life with plenty of shopping and cuisines! Located in Catalina Foothills there is plenty of nature to enjoy on a leisure hike or bicycle ride along one of the 238 cycling routes in the area.
Bella’s Catalina Oasis is a sprawling Sante Fe ranch style home located on an oversized lot with garage that fits two vehicles. All vehicles have to be parked inside the garage overnight per the homeowner’s association or a fine will be imposed. The oversized custom wood door at the entrance is a hint of the extraordinary features throughout the home. Upon entering there are vaulted exposed wood beam ceilings, custom wood shutters, Mexican tile flooring and Saguaro rib accents that really enhance the Southwestern affect. The simple art and décor throughout is fitting for the region and provides a peaceful environment. The large windows throughout provide stunning views from every room and plenty of natural sunlight.
The comfy couch and leather chairs in the living room are situated in front of the gas fireplace and a 65” smart TV with Roku soundbar perfect for streaming your favorite programs (don’t forget your usernames and passwords)! There is a separate entrance to the back patio area from the living room. The gourmet kitchen features a large marble island with breakfast bar and stainless-steel appliances. The kitchen has been stocked with all your basic cooking utensils that you would need during your time away from home. The deep kitchen sink has a reverse osmosis system built in. The dining area is settled in front of a large window with stunning views for you to gather with your loved ones.
The Master bedroom has a split king adjustable bed, 55” smart tv w/ Roku soundbar, wood plank ceramic tile flooring, walk in closet, double executive height vanities, separate walk-in shower with dual showerheads complete with a fireplace to warm you up during those cold winter mornings. The guest bedroom one has a queen mattress, 48” smart tv, fireplace and separate outside entrance to a secluded patio. The second guest bedroom has a queen mattress, desk and 48” smart tv.
The Oasis awaits you in the backyard! The environment that has been captured in the large yard that backs against the Catalina Mountains is absolutely stunning. There are seating arrangements in front of the gas fireplace, under the covered patio, on the pavers near the grill and at the loungers that are set pool side. The built in BBQ offers plenty of prep and serving space on the extended counters. The sparkling pebble tec pool is self-cleaning. The shade sail that is mounted over the pool loungers protects you from direct sun exposure! Come cool down on this mountainside and grill up your favorite dish while soaking in the Sonoran sun!
The pool has a gas pool heater and can be heated for $90.00 a day plus tax. The pool is not fenced please keep this in mind when booking.
House Rules
~Stays 21 days or more require a utility deposit for $500.00 - the deposit will be collected once the booking is confirmed either via Airbnb or a direct charge to the card on file.
~ Check-in time is at 4:00 PM
~ Check-out time is 10:00 AM
~We are not able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out, so please coordinate your travel plans with these times in mind
~Guest booking the homes must be at least 25 years of age.
~Casago provides a starter pack of hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, and laundry soap.
~Reservation holder must always occupy the home unless approved in advance by Casago.
~All reservations must submit their driver’s license and Selfie through Guest Ranger and sign the Casago management rental agreement within 72 hours of booking.
~Utility caps apply. Utility cap overages will be charged to a credit card on file for stays over 21 days or longer- Airbnb money request will be sent within 14 days of departure.
~All last-minute reservations or those booked by Arizona residents staying in the Phoenix area are subject to a background check on the reservation holder and an additional screening fee.

~Pool heat temperature cannot be guaranteed. Weather, length of reservation, and other environmental factors may prevent the pool from achieving your desired temperature
The pool heat fee has an additional charge of $90.00/day plus tax and needs three days to heat to 82 degrees in winter.
~No smoking inside, outside the property, or on the premises. $1000.00 fee billed to guests if there is any visual evidence, the smell of smoke in the home found upon check-out, or smoke detected in the house. Our no-smoking policy includes the smoking of marijuana and vape pens.
~Homes are electronically monitored for noise and smoke detection
~All homes are inspected every 30 days to change filters and batteries and service the lock. We appreciate your cooperation in advance.
