This home suits the whole family featuring lovely modern decor throughout with oversized windows that allow you to take in the beauty the Sonoran desert has to offer. This home features a formal dining and living area as well as a spacious den for those guests who need plenty of space to work remotely while visiting. The formal living and dining area is flooded with natural sunlight with a round dining table to gives the family a more personal space for gathering during meals. The modern chandelier and beautiful turquoise couches really provide a unique touch to this living area. 



The family room is fully equipped with a cozy couch and gas fireplace to add to the serenity. The big screen TV in the family room and each TV in the bedrooms has Roku capabilities. Don't forget to bring your account information for your favorite streaming platforms! For all you foodies, this open floor concept allows you to join in on the conversation while preparing meals so you don't miss any of the action. The kitchen is fully equipped with all your kitchen basics and an oversized island serving as a great breakfast nook. The backyard is perfect for relaxing near the gas fire pit while grilling by the poolside. The master bedroom has a King size bed, private entrance to the backyard and attached bathroom with walk in closet. The bathroom has a stand up shower for the guests to use.The bathtub in the master bedroom is available for use; however, please note that the pump and jets are currently non-functional. The tub can still be used as a regular soaking tub, but the Jacuzzi features are not operational.. Guest bedroom number one also has a king size mattress that sleeps two, guest bedroom two has a Queen size mattress that will sleep two, guest bedroom three offers two twin-sized mattresses to accommodate another two guests.



Home has the ability for streaming only no local channels.



Pool heat is an additional daily cost of $90/day plus tax.  Spa heating is included in your daily rate.



Disclaimer: The bathtub in the master bedroom is available for use; however, please note that the pump and jets are currently non-functional. The tub can still be used as a regular soaking tub, but the Jacuzzi features are not operational.

House Rules

~Stays 21 days or more require a utility deposit in the amount of $500.00 - the deposit will be collected once the booking is confirmed either via Airbnb or a direct charge to the card on file.

~ Check-in time is at 4:00 PM

~ Check-out time is 10:00 AM  

~We are not able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out, so please coordinate your travel plans with these times in mind

~Guest booking the homes must be at least 25 years of age.

~Casago provides a starter pack of hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, and laundry soap.

~Reservation holder must always occupy the home unless approved in advance by Casago.

~All reservations must submit their driver’s license and Selfie thru Guest Ranger and sign the Casago management rental agreement within 72 hours of booking.

~Utility caps apply.  Utility cap overages will be charged to a credit card on file for stays over 21 days or longer- Airbnb money request will be sent within 14 days of departure.

~All last-minute reservations or those booked by Arizona residents staying in the Phoenix area are subject to a background check on the reservation holder and an additional screening fee.

~ The guest is liable for all pet damage if the home is pet approved. Select homes are pet approved.

~No Smoking

~No large gatherings

~No mailbox access will be granted

~The pool heat fee has an additional charge of $90/day plus tax. Inform the agent ahead of time to prepare.

~Pool heat temperature cannot be guaranteed. Weather, length of reservation, and other environmental factors may prevent the pool from achieving your desired temperature

~No smoking inside, outside the property, or on the premises. $1000.00 fee billed to guests if there is any visual evidence, the smell of smoke in the home found upon check-out, or smoke detected in the house. Our no-smoking policy includes the smoking of marijuana and vape pens.

~Homes are electronically monitored for noise and smoke detection

~All homes are inspected every 30 days to change filters and batteries and service the lock.  We appreciate your cooperation in advance.

The pool heat fee has an additional charge of $90.00/day plus tax and needs three days to heat to 82 degrees in winter.
